This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Trust Artisan.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Since our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship orders through reliable courier partners including:

• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS
• India Post

The courier service is selected depending on the delivery location and availability.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Within India: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, customs clearance, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message to track your shipment.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be required to pay custom duties or import taxes based on their country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or there are shipping issues, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with proper proof.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Trust Artisan, we carefully package every product to ensure safe delivery.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the process below.

1. Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

• Order details
• Clear photos of the product
• Packaging images

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any replacement or damage claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show:

• The sealed package
• The package being opened
• The product inside the package

This helps us verify the issue and process your request fairly.

3. Replacement Process

Once our team verifies the issue, we will:

• Arrange a replacement, or
• Provide an appropriate solution

4. Important Notes

• Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
• Minor variations in color, size, or texture are normal for handcrafted products and are not eligible for return or refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
